The warranty covers motor defects.

Intimate products are not subject to return, except for internal malfunctions of the electromechanical part (not due to dropping or improper use). In this case, you can bring the toy to us for inspection, and if it is a factory defect, exchange it for a similar one.

Exchanges for defects can be made within 6 months from the date of purchase with the box and a physical or electronic receipt.

If a motor breakdown occurs after more than 6 months, you should contact the brand directly for warranty.

Some brands offer a warranty on the motors in the toy from 2 to 10 years.
